Composition:
- Oolong tea (60%),
- pieces of apples,
- citrus peel,
- lemon verbena,
- yarrow herb,
- blackberry leaves,
- barley grass,
- petals of cornflower,
- pieces of grapefruit,
- Sunflower petals.
Preparation:
Pour 1 heaped teaspoon of the mixture into 250ml of boiling water and leave to infuse for 2-3 minutes, then strain.
